Redo naming of variables to be more consistent.

Multiple naming conventions are used within IceCore currently.

Variables in structs or classes should follow this example:
`_exampleVariable`

Function inputs should follow this example:
`exampleVariable`

Variables within functions should follow this example:
`ExampleVariable`
