Add quick map "tags" via icons in toolbar

Currently, its impossible to see if the selected layer/mode will be at night or at day.
We can show this information and more via icons next to the layer/mode subtitle
Additionally, by hovering each icon a small description would appear.

In this example we have the following icons:

• light_mode: Would indicate the map is at day time
• nightlight: Would indicate the map is at night time
• wb_twilight: Would indicate the map is not really day nor night
• foggy: Would indicate a low visibility map (fog)
• ac_unit: Would indicate a snow map
• forest: Would indicate a forest map
• location_city: Would indicate a city map
• report_problem: Would indicate there's a problem with the selected layout (eg: it CTDs players)
