Ignore `closure_end_indentation` with empty closure

Feature or Enhancement Proposal

It would be happier that closure_end_indentation ignores some empty closures.
When using SwiftUI APIs, certain combinations require defining empty closures, and I want to avoid unnecessary line breaks in those cases.
