Where is the cache stored?

I have taken a look through the codebase but it's not obvious to me. Can you tell me where the cache is stored?

Try looking at Configuration.cacheURL in Configuration+Cache.swift - unless overridden, it looks like it ends up in a standard location

For 0.59.1 on macOS this is:

SwiftLint/Source/SwiftLintFramework/Configuration/Configuration+Cache.swift

baseURL = FileManager.default.urls(for: .cachesDirectory, in: .userDomainMask)[0]

Which will resolve to ~/Library/Caches. A SwiftLint directory is then appended to this:

SwiftLint/Source/SwiftLintFramework/Configuration/Configuration+Cache.swift

So on macOS caching ~/Library/Caches/SwiftLint should be enough. The goal is to cache this for CI runs, hopefully this helps reduce the time taken to lint the project 😊
