Prisma's generated client doesn't work reliably in npx-installed packages. Switch to plain config.json read/write for caching the agent ID — no ORM dependency, survives npx reinstalls, always works. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Prisma client unreliable in npx cache. Switched to plain config.json for agent ID caching. Fixes #154
