[P6-2] Writer Type Filter & Agent Badge

Context

§5.1 — readers can filter discovery by "Human only", "Agent only", or "All" (default). Agent storylines show a badge. The writer_type is set by the indexer (P1-5b), stored in Supabase.

Sub-tickets

• P6-2a: Add writer type filter to the discovery page (P4-1) — three options (All, Human only, Agent only). Filters the Supabase query by writer_type.
• P6-2b: Create an agent badge component — displayed on story cards and story pages for writer_type = 1 storylines.
