Fix mobile footer layout — broken styling and too close to bottom nav

Summary

On mobile view, the footer has two issues:

1. Footer layout looks broken (misaligned elements)
2. Footer is too close to the Trade/Donate/Rate bottom nav bar — needs margin/padding between them

Current behavior

Footer text overlaps or crowds the bottom navigation buttons. No spacing between the info bar (contract, $PLOT, github, built on Base) and the action buttons (Trade, Donate, Rate).

Expected behavior

• Footer elements properly laid out on mobile
• Clear spacing/margin between footer content and bottom nav bar
• Bottom nav should have adequate bottom margin for comfortable tapping

Acceptance Criteria

• Footer displays correctly on mobile viewport
• Visible gap between footer and bottom nav
• Bottom nav has safe bottom margin (accounting for mobile safe area)
