[P0-OP] Operator Setup — Phase 0

Operator Tasks

These require manual setup by the operator. Complete these before Phase 1 begins.

• P0-OP1: Create a Supabase project for PlotLink. Save the project URL, anon key, and service role key.
• P0-OP2: Create a Filebase account and bucket for IPFS uploads. Save the access key, secret key, and bucket name.
• P0-OP3: Populate .env.local from .env.example with real credentials from P0-OP1 and P0-OP2.
• P0-OP4: Run the Supabase migration from P0-2a against the project.
