[Bug] Replace incorrect farcaster.com links with farcaster.xyz

Scope

Find every link in the product that currently points to farcaster.com and update it to farcaster.xyz so Farcaster links open the correct domain.

Acceptance Criteria

• All user-facing links that currently use farcaster.com are updated to farcaster.xyz
• No remaining farcaster.com links exist in the codebase for this product flow
• Any affected tests or snapshots are updated if needed
