I have added to the relevant paragraph of the guide the very good answer that I received to my question in issue https://github.com/kennethreitz/python-guide/issues/828 regarding the use of underscores in module naming.
I also slightly lengthened an underline for the Python 3 on Windows title so Sphinx will breathe easier.
