Zero-pad chapter numbers to 3 digits (01 -> 001) GitHub's default wiki sidebar lists pages alphabetically since this wiki has no custom _Sidebar page. Mixed-width numbering (01..99 vs 100..180) sorted incorrectly as strings (e.g. "100" < "11"). Renaming chapters 1-99 to 001-099 fixes navigation order and keeps it consistent with the existing 100-180 files.
Fix broken internal wiki links (strip ./ prefix and .md suffix) GitHub wiki does not resolve [Text](./Page.md) as an internal page reference; it renders the literal relative URL, which 302s to the wiki root instead of the target page. Internal links must use [Text](Page-Name) with no ./ prefix or .md extension.
