Some UI issues with Flashbang

Steps to reproduce

Switch to Flashbang

Expected behavior

UI should still look somewhat nice

Actual behavior

Some things like dialogs don't look quite right. In fact, most other themes somewhat don't, "Dark" is the only one that seems to look very good, but "Flashbang" seems to have the most prominent design issues. For example, a lot of things seem quite faded.

I don't personally really use the theme, but ideally UI should still work fairly good for it.

Whoops I didn't realize I made this before. Completely forgot about it. All except for one thing here is fixed, I'll make a separate issue for it so we dont have one issue for to many things right now.
