Rework the 7 custom file icons (agent, branch, openspec, plan, spec, config, hook) with tighter geometry, consistent 1.5-unit edge padding, half-pixel-grid coordinates, and a unified two-tone palette anchored to VS Code Dark+ tokens. Visual changes per icon: - agent: circular head + shoulder silhouette with a soft inner accent instead of the former pill blob. - branch: true git-branch glyph (two dots + connector) replacing the flask-like shape. - openspec: rebalanced doc corner + centered check mark. - plan: rounded clipboard with two aligned check rows. - spec: doc with folded corner and three even rule lines. - config: gear geometry tightened; tooth arms evenly spaced. - hook: cleaner bolt silhouette with a subtle accent overlay.
