The Colony-ready session payload added claims, metadata, launchCommand, and tmux fields. The unit tests were still asserting the older exact object shape, so the merged tree failed even though the runtime behavior was correct. Constraint: PR #487 intentionally expands session payloads for downstream Colony/cockpit consumers.
