Hi, I am Simran Shaikh. I’ve been reviewing the project as part of my contribution to GSSoC Extended 24 and noticed that Loan Default Prediction one of the most important topic that must be added in Prediction models.
The Loan Default Prediction project aims to identify whether a customer is likely to default on their loan repayments using machine learning models. By analyzing features such as income, credit history, loan amount, and repayment history, models .This project is highly useful in the financial sector today, helping banks and lending institutions minimize losses by assessing creditworthiness more accurately, reducing the risk of non-performing loans, and making better lending decisions that can improve financial stability and customer targeting.
