fix: format blog author separators

Summary

• Replaces the & author separator with a comma in both the blog grid and carousel cards
• Keeps author names on one line with overflow handling to avoid visual line breaks in article cards
• Preserves existing author links, tooltips, and stacked avatar behavior

Validation

• eslint src/components/blogCarousel/blogCard.tsx src/pages/blogs/index.tsx
• prettier --check src/components/blogCarousel/blogCard.tsx src/pages/blogs/index.tsx src/pages/blogs/blogs-new.css src/components/blogCarousel/blogCarousel.css
• git diff --check

tsc --noEmit is blocked by pre-existing project-wide type errors in unrelated files (src/components/particle.tsx, src/database/projects/projects.tsx, and Docusaurus sidebar theme overrides).
