Enhance TopMateCard button styles for better visibility and consistency

Overview

Closes #1617
This PR improves the visibility and readability of the “Schedule Now” CTA button text and icons across different themes and screen conditions.

The previous styling caused the text/icons to appear less prominent against the blue-purple gradient background. This update enhances accessibility while preserving the existing UI design.

Changes Made

Explicitly applied text-white to CTA text and icons
Added drop-shadow-sm for improved contrast
Improved visual consistency of button contents
Retained existing hover animations and gradient styling

• My code follows the style guidelines of this project.
• I have tested my changes across major browsers and devices
• My changes do not generate new console warnings or errors .
• I ran npm run build and attached screenshot(s) in this PR.
• This is already assigned Issue to me, not an unassigned issue.
