fix: remove roadmap page and redirect to external project board #1733

Summary

Closes #1733

Removed the internal roadmap page and all its sub-pages, and replaced
the navbar link with a redirect to the official Recode Public Roadmap
on GitHub Projects.

Changes Made

• Updated docusaurus.config.ts navbar: changed to: "/roadmaps" to
  href: "https://github.com/orgs/recodehive/projects/9"
• Deleted src/pages/roadmaps/ (index, html, css, javascript,
  html-coming-soon pages + roadmaps.css)
• Deleted src/data/roadmaps/ (html, index, javascript data files)

Why

The roadmap content has moved to an external GitHub Projects board.
The old internal pages were outdated and risked 404 errors.

Testing

• Navbar Roadmap link now points to external URL
• Old /roadmaps internal pages removed cleanly
• No other pages reference the deleted files
• npm run build — pre-existing Windows/GLib segfault on this
  machine (crashes at 14% on main branch too, unrelated to
  these changes)

Files Changed

• docusaurus.config.ts — 1 line changed
• src/pages/roadmaps/ — entire folder deleted (6 files)
• src/data/roadmaps/ — entire folder deleted (4 files)
