Fixed clickability on the blogs listed on the landing page

Description

In the issue #1490 The aim was to make the blog post clickable and it was fixed too but only for blog page , whereas currently on the landing page , there are some blog listed under the title " From the Blog
Latest articles from our contributors" whose thumbnail are not clickable and not redirecting to the respective blog , This PR tends to fix that issue .

• The thumbnail in the landing-page blog carousel now routes to the matching blog post.
