Rector doesn't recognize traits used in parent classes
PHPStan does though which causes the PHPStan inspection to fail but Rector not being able to fix it

Expected Behaviour

I would expect rector to also add the Override attribute to the runSomething function of my example class

I have also noticed while looking through the code of the inspection itself that traits seem to be treated entirely different by always ignoring their functions unless they are abstract (or empty I suppose)

This seems kind of counter intuitive to me since it's also unrelated to the allowOverrideEmptyMethod config options (which would already be covered by a previous check in the code)
