fix: use correct assignment label in SelfPacedLabStatus#3333

The default assignmentLabel was 'selfpacedlab-assignment' but the operator labels assigned ResourceClaims with 'assigned'. This caused assigned instances to be counted as ready instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The negative margin hack to make tabs span edge-to-edge overflowed the container, causing horizontal scroll whitespace. Use the page section padding variables instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
