@pabel-rh @ShiranHi This PR updates techdocs to TechDocs so the label now becomes Top 3 TechDocs but types in other charts starts with lowercase letter e.g. Top 3 templates, Top 3 plugins Should we consider updating that to title case as well for consistency?

Note: This change will be only available from RHDH 1.8.
