Verified this on a cluster. The only network call err I see is due to the marketplace yaml file not configured

Description
Bump marketplace plugin version in release 1.8
Which issue(s) does this PR fix
Fixes: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHDHBUGS-2458
Installed packages tab in extension plugin, is making /authorize and /configuration calls repeatedly with undefined (plugin name) for plugins without catalog entity.
This PR fixes the above issue which is reported by a customer.
