fix(e2e): hide quickstart at settings page

Description

Attempts to hide the quickstart menu when we navigate to the settings page. It seems like there is a timing issue where sometimes we can skip the ability to hide the quickstart menu altogether after navigating to the settings menu during the theme tests. This will end up causing the theme tests to fail as one of the last options to select is now hidden behind the panel.
