Universal version (1.47) extension has been installed in WSL2 instead platform version Linux-64

When try to install the extension on WSL2 (Distro Oracle Linux 9) by VSCode WSL extension, the universal version 1.47 of extension has been installed rather than the Linux-64 version.
If install version 1.46, correct platform version (Linux-64) has been installed.

Note: this issue only existed on the latest VSCode version.

@fbricon, I have upgraded to 1.49, but still only has universal version installed on WSL Oracle Linux 9, though correct version redhat.java-1.49.0-win32-x64 has been installed on Windows.
And When I tried to download the vsix from VSCode, no Linux-64 version available.
