sentinel support

Hi, it would be great if there were support for sentinel. I see there are some wrappers like https://github.com/ortoo/node-redis-sentinel but ideally this module would also cover it.

Hi @henryoswald -- part of the motivation for the ongoing refactor is that things like sentinel and cluster are at odds with the way the library currently does connection management. The goal is to extract the current connection management from the core client interactions and expose a connection management interface that will work for the current (eventually legacy) connection management, or sentinel or cluster.

This will allow sentinel support to be shipped with this module (though likely as a dependency, but to the end-user that's more-or-less irrelevant)

It is slow-going at the moment, though. Step one is rewriting the tests and improving test coverage.
