3 variable nodes for Tier 1

Should also replace in the restrictions text: Standard_L8as_v3 => Standard_D2d_v5

What's a variable node?

There are times when we do maintenance and a temporary node (1x per pool) is created. In this case, exactly 3 nodes would not provide enough CPU for said temporary nodes.

Should we replace variable nodes with: "+ 3 additional compute nodes for Tier 1 workloads"?

Instead of + 3 variables nodes maybe something like + extra capacity for 3 more nodes, which may be utilized temporarily during maintenance?
