This is WIP - it still needs tests.
Mostly created to allow explicit batching for the
redpandainput, but there might be other inputs where it could be handy to batch per some configurable field. This is not in the benthos repo because we need access to thedispatchmechanism theredpandainput uses to ensure ordered delivery. We could move both to the benthos repo, but holding off on that for now
