macOS OneClick v2.3.9

This release adds a built-in updater on the landing page so users can check for new versions, download the correct installer for their platform, and launch the update directly inside the app.

It also fixes two Windows regressions that were still hitting production users: hardware scans now keep CPU and GPU detection stable even when slow WMI or software display adapters are present, and USB flash preparation is more resilient when Windows leaves mounted volumes attached or diskpart returns a partial failure while the target volume is still being created.

Safety checks for BIOS gating, EFI validation, disk identity verification, system-disk blocking, backup policy enforcement, and final flash confirmation remain in place.
