Repair Vault improves performance

FWIW, I was really struggling with slow performance while writing to notes in my Tolaria Vault. I was reviewing alternatives and contemplating abandoning it.

I found "Repair Vault" in the menu, ran it and now Tolaria editing is working as I expect it to.

I have a vault of a little more than 1,000 markdown files. I use Claude skills extensively to scrape my Google Calendars and Slack to update my entries and track my schedule, work and 1 on 1s.

I may have spoken too soon. When I'm editing markdown I find tolaria laggy and it interrupts my work and flow. It is at the point I will consider simpler alternatives. I like a lot of the features but a simple collection of md documents is my main use case.

Any hints on addressing this performance issue? I see a lot of spinning wheels while I'm in the middle of capturing important thoughts.
