Multiple Claude accounts

I use several Claude accounts (personal, Team in one job, another Team in another job). I use $CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR to open Claude with different subscriptions in iTerm based on the repository. Is there a way to tell Tolaria that a specific vault is tied to a specific $CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR and, therefore, a specific Claude subscription account?
