`profile-gists-link` broken

Hi, I have noticed recently that this error keeps appearing in my DevTools:

ElementNotFoundError: Expected element not found: .js-responsive-underlinenav action-menu ul

    at globalThis.addEventListener.once.once (chrome-extension://hlepfoohegkhhmjieoechaddaejaokhf/assets/helpers/selector-observer.js:88:3)

But somehow, even with the error the feature still works. (?)

Anyway, I just wanted to inform you of this, it's up to you what you will do with the report, thank you, either way.

I see, the issue stems from their changes to the underlying React components. Should I add the entry to the CSV?
