Cut from ~450 lines to ~180. Scannable in 30 seconds. Added: bootstrap-first onboarding, feature table with today's reality (file uploads, dashboard pages, UI kit, content negotiation), deploy matrix (Docker/Fly.io/Railway/VPS), cloud sync section, production note (3 teams, 9 agents). Removed: verbose troubleshooting, macOS launchd setup, redundant config examples, over-detailed API docs. All moved to docs/. This is what Show HN and dev.to link to.
