Create an 'Easybuild' build system

A build system backend that would allow ReFrame to use Easybuild recipes for building a software.

@victorusu How far have you gone with that? As discussed, it should relatively straightforward: this build system will ignore effectively any compiler and compiler flag variables and simply invoke Easybuild on the specified recipe + any custom options.
