[Bug]: Scav Times Not Overwritten #13
Description
Scav raid times are not being overwritten... likely due to the new SPT feature that reduces the Scav raid time to simulate joining an in-progress raid.
Research needed to see if it can be overwritten or prevented, ideally with a configuration option.
