Moves ROADMAP.md and the two testing/QA docs that PR #61 added front matter to into docs/development/ so they don't publish on the unified docs site (mirroring the maDisplayTools precedent for development/QA content). Strips the PR-added Just-the-Docs front matter blocks from all three relocated files. Updates inbound references in CLAUDE.md and inside the relocated experiment-designer-v06-testing.md. Also fixes the inconsistent "Quick start" title casing in PATTERN_EDITOR_QUICKSTART.md to "Quick Start". Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
