Flashing from a Windows Computer using RK Batch Tool

We need to perform these steps:

Install the RockChip USB device drivers
Install the RockChip Batch Tool program
Download and unpack the TMF Custom ROM Firmware
Connect your Hudl to the computer in flash mode
Flash the TMF Custom ROM firmware
Perform the post install steps
