incorrect pyhinfo information.

hello!
on my computer, the pyhinfo program does not display some values correctly. specifically, TWTR_L and TWTR_S.
You can see it on the screenshot. The bios has the same settings as shown by the ASRock Timing Configurator.
How to understand this information?

to be honest, I still don't understand. I'm not an expert in this.
for example, I want TWTR_S to be 8.
what numbers should I look at in total? in the bios? or in some program?
