- Makes tests compatible with php 7.x
- Upgrade to phpunit 8
Because phpunit 8 does not support anything less than php 7.2, I'm migrating to 7.2+ support only. This was originally written with php 5.3 compatibility, so its possible it will work in 5.x, but I don't recommend it.
