Кароче дело обстоит так.
В моделях сделал subscription_url опциональным, т.к user_hwid_devices вебхук возвращает без url.
Убрал subscription_uuid, его тупо нет.
Поменял на свеженький синтаксис петухона
и добавил https://remna.st/api#tag/hwid-user-devices-controller/post/api/hwid/devices/delete-all
