- Add .claude/settings.json with read permissions
- Update README.md with plugin documentation

- Remove incorrect .claude/settings.json (that's for standalone config, not plugins)
- Remove CLAUDE.md (plugins use SKILL.md instead)
- Update README with proper plugin installation instructions

The plugin now follows the correct structure:
- .claude-plugin/plugin.json for plugin metadata
- skills/remotion/SKILL.md for the skill definition

Each block shows the template instruction inline with recommended avatar + aspect + voice, and a red '🎬 Copy Render Instruction' button that pre-fills the script. User pastes into Claude with HeyGen MCP → Claude calls generate_avatar_video directly. No manual HeyGen tab. Ready for when HeyGen MCP is installed.

LAYOUT: Day views changed from .wrap.tight (900px) to .wrap (1320px). Main
wrap widened from 1160 -> 1320 to fill screen better. Topnav inner matches.
Padding bumped to 36px horizontal.

NEW CONTENT CREATION SECTION (all 5 day views):
- Stats overview: 4 stat cards (formats ready, awaiting generation, total
  targets, platforms)
- Format grid: 15 format cards per day view, responsive auto-fill layout
- Each card: platform-colored tag (YT red, IG magenta, TT black, Blog green,
  FB blue, LI navy-blue, GMB red, NL gold, Ad orange), target length/spec,
  title, 1-line description, status badge (ready/pending)
- Ready cards have 'View Content' gold pill button that expands to show the
  actual script/copy text in a monospaced code-styled block, plus
  'Copy to Clipboard' button with real clipboard API (shows confirmation)
- Pending cards show a 'Generate with: content-creation-engine Phase G...'
  command hint in italic muted text

MONDAY (EPA Homicide-Free) - 14 of 15 formats populated with real content:
- Talking-Head Script + SSML (full 4:30 YouTube Long, 573 words with timing
  annotations and SSML prosody tags)

Monospaced font for script content blocks (readable, code-like). Hover
state on cards (gold border). Copy button has real clipboard API with
visual confirmation.

Day view total sizes:
- Monday (14/15 filled): 38.9KB
- Other 4 days: 17KB each
- Shared CSS: 16.2KB

WHAT GRAEHAM SAW: Tuesday's Content Creation section had 15 cards all
showing 'Awaiting Generation' with command-hint text that LOOKED like
broken buttons but were actually unrendered placeholders.

WHAT WAS MISSING: the actual content. Only Monday had real content
populated.

WHAT I BUILT: all 15 Tuesday format blocks written fresh, applying the
PARALLEL principles (consequence-first, story, escalating stakes,
retention cliffs) to every segment of every format:

1. Talking-Head Script + SSML (YT Long) — 4:30, 568 words, consequence
   hook ('6.37% just cost/saved you $220K'), full act structure with
   SSML tags, specific Peninsula math, COMMENT RATES CTA
2. Vertical Punch Cut (YT Short) — 0:30, 88 words
3. Hook-Led Reel (IG Reel remotion-dev#1) — 0:30, hook-led variant
4. Data-Led Reel (IG Reel remotion-dev#2) — 0:20, data-led variant
5. 8-Slide Arc (IG Carousel) — 8 slides, complete arc
6. Casual Adaptation (TikTok) — 0:30, native pacing

segment has consequence + story + escalating stakes + cliff into next.

TUESDAY IS NOW MORE COMPLETE THAN MONDAY (15 vs 14 populated formats).

CC Overview stats updated: 15 Ready, 0 Pending.
All 15 format cards now have working modal-trigger buttons (same as
Monday). HTML delta=0.

Next up (if you want): Wed/Thu/Fri remain as pending placeholders.
Same approach can generate each of those in one pass.
