Pin markdown2 to version 2.5.4 until known style block fix implemented

There is a reported issue with markdown2=2.5.5

This issue causes html blocks in markdown2 to error if there is a linebreak in the attributes.

Version should be pinned to < 2.5.5 until a solution is provided.
