Add command to force project screen to update

I'm testing the cli on Windows and see that I had no projects on cli project panel, right. Did not close it, go back to the browser to attach services to project. Done. Then, back to cli, I cannot refresh the panel, since there's no command for that, just to quit and open again.

Add a "Refresh data" or make an auto-refresh with showing "time to refresh" on UI will be good! :)
