Added a render whoami command to show what account is being used with the CLI

Logs are live tailed after creating a deploy, when previously the CLI would make a static query for the latest logs
Reduced blank screen time during content loading with a more responsive loading state

Fixed an issue where database IDs were not fully visible when running render services
