Add a post‑deploy verification + basic triage loop to render-deploy so the skill is self‑sufficient without relying on render-debug. Introduces three small reference files (post-deploy-checks, troubleshooting-basics, error-patterns) to keep SKILL.md lean while enabling progressive disclosure.
