Unable to create Onboarding PR

Hi, I am following the instructions listed here https://github.com/chiru-labs-org/renovatetutorial but get stuck on Part 2 because no onboarding PR is created.

A PR is created for other repos (private repos) but it repeatedly consistently fails for this one (also a private repo).

Using Mend Renovate Github App (not self-hosted)

I've tried reinstalling the Mend app and reforking the tutorial repo with a different name, to no luck.

Renovate logs show external-host-error. Full logs here, any help would be appreciated.

This ticket #13840 looked similar in error but I wasn't sure how to test a solution. If the actual issue is that something is taking too long, is there a way to increase the timeout?

It implies that the head value was invalid. I'm looking into it.

• What you expect to see happening

What I expected to see happening- an onboarding PR for my private repo, chiru-labs-org/azuki
What actually happened- I was not seeing that PR, and getting the error log that I included in the OP

It later on resolved on its own, making me think it was some transient issue related to Github's backend as you mentioned here. Happy to close this, thanks for taking a look.

What I understand Is that there is no problem on Renovate and you should retry to onboard the repo

It looks like a PR successfully opened on the repo 12 hours ago, so maybe this was a transient github issue. Thanks!
