Add currentVersion and newVersion properties to specific logs

I parse Renovate logs in order to detect PR creations and updates, for example:

{ ... ,"pr":200,"prTitle":"fix(deps): update dependency org.springdoc:springdoc-openapi-starter-webmvc-ui to v2.8.11","msg":"PR created", ...}

{ ... ,"pr":193,"prTitle":"fix(deps): update spring module to v3.5.5","msg":"PR updated", ... }

It would be helpful to include currentVersion and newVersion properties in these log entries to make it easier to extract the changes.

Is it a good idea?
