Allow for .jsonc-suffixed configuration files

We can use JSONC in the config files, but because the path is rennovaterc.json, tools that by default look at the suffix to determine the format (things like bun's linter) will complain about any comments inside.

Supporting .jsonc would mean that opening the file would "immediately" go to the right kind of formatting

Jsonc syntax is supported in the .json config files.

Yes, but other software like VS Code doesn’t know that and complains about comments. Allowing to use the .jsonc extension allow tools to automatically detect comments being allowed.

Right, the problem is everything around renovate. If rennovaterc.jsonc were supported as a file path then all these tools would "just work", instead of requiring workaround just for this file.
