Add a schedule for rebase

Hello team,

Currently, we have a few PR opens on a few repos. After each merge, there's a rebase of all of the renovate pull requests. Would it be possible to add a rebaseSchedule, that allows rebase only at specific times?
At the moment, we have pipelines running all the time, due to dev branches being merged by developer. Each one create x rebases for the x renovate PRs.

You could try the rebaseWhen feature.

Yes I didn't specify in my initial request, but the idea was to have a rebaseWhenSchedule basically. So rebaseWhen in auto mode, but only within specified timeframes
