"Repository has invalid config" message should be logged as warning

I think an invalid Renovate config is worth logging as something that is not just INFO:

An invalid config means imo the project wants to use/setup Renovate, but something got messed up in the config. "Hiding" this important message in the info logs seems inappropriate therefore.
